The notebook arrived, in a wooden crate! It started and operated. But then it started beeping. Customer Service/Tech Support helped. Had to remove the back, the keyboard lifted (to get to screws) and then had to remove and re-insert the memory. The beeping stopped. Works fine.David DeLugas

Decided to get a really nice PC for once. Am very pleased with the Origin Neuron. Their help with the selection of components, prompt updates, sturdy shipping crate, and excellent after-delivery service was top notch. I am definitely not a high-level gamer or computer expert, but they treated me with courtesy and respect throughout the whole process and answered all my questions without judgment. The increased power, quality graphics, and storage options are exactly what's needed to elevate our daily needs and media/gaming experiences. Also, like the fact that the system can be upgraded and won't be a throw-away unit anytime soon. Guess I'll be looking into a new laptop too, once the family gets their hands on this new system. "I ordered a high-end custom $4k workstation computer and they delivered it on time and the build was flawless. However, 2 days after delivery it was having issues starting up. I emailed them through their support system and someone got back to me IN UNDER AN HOUR ON A SUNDAY morning. That's unheard of, for real. I thought for sure I was F'd until at least "regular business hours". However, I was able to correct the issue (a fan cable had worked it's was loose and was causing PSU power issues) quickly and I'm back up and running. Origin PC: The Best."
