"I ordered a high-end custom $4k workstation computer and they delivered it on time and the build was flawless. However, 2 days after delivery it was having issues starting up. I emailed them through their support system and someone got back to me IN UNDER AN HOUR ON A SUNDAY morning. That's unheard of, for real. I thought for sure I was F'd until at least "regular business hours". However, I was able to correct the issue (a fan cable had worked it's was loose and was causing PSU power issues) quickly and I'm back up and running. Origin PC: The Best."

"I haven’t found another custom laptop company that does it as well as Origin. The laptop you get will perform so don’t even worry about that. There are a few complaints that it takes too long to ship, but they have ready to ship (RTS) laptops and if you want pure custom laptops then expect a longer wait time. The support will talk to you if you do it right and so don’t worry about not being in the loop on your new laptop. It seems pricey, but you’re paying for top of the line and a laptop that will far outlive any other laptop you’re considering buying. It’s worth it because of that. Would you rather have spent $3k in 10 years through $500 laptops or $3k in a $3k laptop that will last all those 10 years?"

"I bought a new Origin EON17-X and was very excited as my old laptop (also and Origin) was six years old. I was upset when my rig would shut off randomly while playing games. The Origin support team worked tirelessly to solve the problem. I've never had customer support that was so personalized and competent. Even though it took several weeks to solve the issue (A bad GPU) I never had to re-explain the problems I was having. When it came time to ship my laptop back to Origin for repair the process was simple and didn't cost me a dime.

This is the 5th Origin PC I've owned and I wouldn't think of buying a PC from any other company."
