Origin Testimonials

"After much travel and an insane shoot schedule, I finally had some time to sit down with the machine and crank some detail settings. No matter what I throw at it, it screams. Insane work, gentlemen. It'll be nice to get some old fashioned PC gaming done here! #!%* yeah!"

"This is one boutique PC maker that knows how to get it done. They have the right vendors, the right parts, a great website, great service, and an attention to detail that are the hallmarks of a good business!"

"Simple words cannot describe my brand new Origin Eon-17s overclocked laptop. Not only can this machine handle anything I throw at, it's look and construction have blown me away. I love this company simply because they are the best at what they do and to top it all off their design and parts used are top of the line. I highly recommend OriginPC for business, design, educational use and of course gaming! If you want the best of the best, then nothing beats Origin desktops and laptops. I had many laptops in the past this Eon-17s was way beyond my expectation!"

"I was in the market for a high end PC to use for both gaming and photo/video editing. After years of purchasing top of the line computers from Dell I was always left frustrated by having my technical support calls sent overseas. When you spend top dollar you expect excellent support and that was not my experience prior to becoming an Origin customer. I learned about Origin from an article in a computer magazine and did my due diligence on the company. When I learned Origin was started by three former Alienware Executives I knew they would be building a top quality, state of the art machine. I also learned when you need support you get an actual Origin employee who is taking your call in Florida. I ordered one of their top of the line desktop systems and a few days after delivery I called for support and was able to speak with someone in the "production lab" who built my machine. The value of this kind of lifetime support is priceless! I found the entire ordering process and delivery to be exceptional. By the way, the wooden crate or "vault" that the computer is shipped in is like nothing I have ever seen! I cannot imagine any shipping issue that would damage an Origin computer. I summary, I give Origin my highest recommendation."

Dealing with Origin PC has been a wonderful experience. I have had my high end PC now for approximately 3 weeks and it is a beautiful and lightning fast machine. PC came very well packed in a large wooden crate. There were two minor problems with the initial software configuration that were very easy to solve with the help of Origin's technical staff. All Origin PC employees are professional, courteous, and patient. You get 5 star quality service and 5 star products. Most importantly, I trust Origin and you can tell they are serious about providing the ultimate in both high end rigs and in customer service. I would highly recommend Origin PC and will only use them for future purchases.

I can't recommend this company enough. My experience has been perfect. Anyone looking for a serious upgrade should look no further. Cleanly designed website allows to choose a large variety of hardware you might need, including over-the-top options, or you can supply your own list and they'll build it. The build quality is flawless, sales experience is very good - answered all questions in good time. Attention to detail in every aspect, especially the crate packaging for international shipping ensured no damage to the build. Performance is lightyears ahead of my dusty old pentium 4 desktop ! Even thousands of miles away, you can feel that you can trust the people on the other end, and that's definitely important when buying such products.

After looking around the net for a new PC to buy I found out about Origin from their history with Alienware. I recently purchased a Mid-Higher end Eos-18 laptop from them and I was blown away once I received it. The building and shipping process did take a little longer than advertised however the build team was in constant communication with me throughout the process and I was very aware of the reasons why my PC was taking extra time on the shop floor. When I received my computer there was an issue with it refreshing from hibernation in which I contacted the customer service rep, after a brief conversation in which he ran me through some resets and tests, he determined that the issue lied with my RAM and it was probably damaged in shipping. Origin then shipped me out a brand new set of RAM and walked me through a telephonic install so as not to void my warranty, no questions were asked and I didn't have to pay any shipping or handling in the whole process. I cannot recommend Origin highly enough, they build quality systems and they stand by their product, and in the off chance that something happens to go wrong their customer service department is second to none. 10 stars.

I ordered a very high end PC from Origin recently. It's an excellent computer put together by very dedicated professionals. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great PC backed by people who care. Alec

I am so glad I found ORIGIN PC. I have had numerous high end gaming computers. For one, I have an Alienware ALX which I purchased before DELL acquired Alienware. That has been a fantastic machine. Recently, I was in the market for a second high end machine so I turned to Alienware, knowing that Dell was involved. What a huge disappointment, I had to return the machine it was so bad, and it was a $9,000 setup. I had tried Falcon Northwest and was not happy with the laptop either. I stumbled upon ORIGIN PC searching Google for "High end gaming computer". When I read the founders of Alienware started ORIGIN PC, that was all I needed to hear. I dove into specing out a computer and was blown away by the hardware options they offer. I maxed out the machine, the latest i7 hex core processor, triple Nvidia GTX 480 liquid cooled etc., everything from the ordering process, to the packaging upon receipt, to the out of box experience, to game play has been 100% top notch. I called tech support a few times just to ask questions about how the hardware works to understand the machine better, I got personable, friendly help immediately. I would absolutely recommend ORIGIN PC to anyone who wants a top quality PC.

Great Company.

Had some aweful experiences with previous computer companies. Then read about Origin PC.

Salespeople helpful, knowledgeable. Exaample I wanted a 120 Watt Powersourse. They didnt have any in stock so they gave me a 150 at no extra cost.

Computer came with a memory chip error. Spoke to tech support, they diagnosed the problem within one day and in two days they had shipped at their expense new chips.

Great company. Computer works like a dream.

Finally a company that makes a great computer, with great tech support and no "warranty tricks"

Thanks again Origin PC

Have built and bought PC's from Alienware, Cyberpower, Dell, and now Origin. Origin has managed to top theme all as far as customer service and performance. Was easy to customize high end gaming system. Customer service was great, they let me switch out parts and accessories after purchasing with no problem. Also had a cable go lose during unpacking. Contacted tech support and got a fix right away. The system also has a very solid build quality. Nicest cable management I have ever seen. Will be buying Origin from now on.

- Oliver F.

This company is the best company I've have ever worked with hands down. Even though my computer was delayed in production, they worked with me. They updated me with photos and emails daily. It was like I had my own personal customer rep the whole time. They even gave me a free upgrade for waiting. Thank you for the killer service!!!!

- Brandon B.

Wow, what a great company. I am not a techie person, but wanted to purchase a gaming pc for my son. He's interested in video game designing for a career, and needed a powerful pc. I searched the internet for gaming pc companies and came across an article on Origin PC in PC weekly. It listed their website, so I went and took a look. There were so many options to choose from, I must say I was lost. I called the company directly and Jamie took the time and I must say, much patience, to explain to me all the different components. He was very thorough with what would be a good college bound computer for video game design.

The computer arrived in an extremely quick and timely manner. Unfortunately for me, FED EX had dropped the box and the computer wouldn't boot up. I called Jamie who put me through to Raul in technical support. He was very supportive while he tried to walk me through removing video cards and checking the mother board for errors. Great Support! Unfortunately, the computer had to go back. They rushed me another one, which FED EX dropped for the second time, it had been a very snowy month in Feb. for Maryland. Unbelievable. I had to call Jamie back and break the bad news. I believe Jamie was more upset than I was about the problem. He rushed me a third computer, sent it UPS, and I must say it's the best machine, according to my son. I don't see much of him these days, he's always on his computer with gaming design book in hand.

I would highly recommend Origin, not only for the wonderful product, but for how helpful their employees are. A personal thanks to Jamie and Raul for all of their patience in getting me this wonderful computer. I know if I ever need to upgrade or have any questions concerning this powerful machine, that they are they to personally help. The personal interaction above all makes this company GREAT! I hate being on hold to be transferred to be on hold again. With this company, you get live communication with a great product! Can't ask for a better company.

I am not one to go as far as to register with an internet site solely to express my impressions of any product or service, but in Origin's case I am making an exception. Please see below a copy of the email I had forwarded to Origin in reference to the laptop purchase.

Before reading the below letter I had submitted to Origin, I want to just express the fact, not feeling, that as a businessman, Origin does everything right. They make the experience beyond what they say to get money in their pocket, but rather follow up with absolutely unprecedented and excellent support. I can confidently say that in today's feeble attempt of customer service, especially offered by e-commerce companies, Origin sets the standard. Worth evey penny... thanks Origin, and particularly, Jamie & Raul, for making my experience a feeling of one in a million. If you are thinking about buying a computer, your experience can be the same, and you will be treated as if you are their only customer. Origin, One on One.

- Daniel S.

Dear Origin:

As a member of the industry, a HUGH FAN OF PC GAMING, and finally, an proud ex-purchaser of Alienware Computers, I would like to express my deepest thanks in providing not only the most beautiful laptop that I have ever owned, but also the most pleasant experience in "making it mine". I have been purchasing gaming laptops and desktops for the last eight years of my life. and a formerly dedicated customer of Alienware gaming computers. However, I found through the years that with every better computer they released, the worse their customer service became. It was a sliding scale from good to great for builds, great to worst for service. and despite what they would make in computers, you can never judge a computer company by their cover - their computer.

After my m15x went bad - for the second time - and after a horrible experience of getting the computer serviced, only to be told the second time the "blue screen" error occurred, that Alienware had no record of any service, I knew I needed a new gaming computer. I felt like I wasted however close to six thousand dollars in buying the m15x, considering the computer motherboard died on me only one month after the warranty, only to pay over $1,000.00 to have it repaired, only to receive it back broken, to send it back yet again, receive a repaired unit, two months later having it break yet again, at which time upon my call to Alienware, "there is no record of this service sir, you will have to pay us "x" sum to continue this conversation", as if I were on a pay telephone that the operator was to disconnect my call unless I put in "twenty-five more cents for five minutes."

I was at the cross road, buy a new computer or deal with Alienware further. well, to tell the truth, I was tempted to buy a new Alienware computer, after all, they are the big dogs in the computer gaming pc build industry. Everyone else is either self proclaiming selling at ridiculous prices, or posers selling at low pricing - of course their computers are as slow as the price low. Then, as if fate, I find Origin PC in a computer magazine. Go to the website, and you will like what you read. Call them, and you will love what you hear. Buy their computer, and you will be "head over heels".

By far the best experience I have ever had in buying a gaming pc - or any pc for that matter - from anyone. The computer is everything you build it to be, and their service is everything they say it will be, and more. Thank you for giving me a reason to believe in PC gaming computer manufacturers again. As far as my business goes, Origin PC: 1, Alienware: 0.

Let me start by telling you how I found out about Origin PCs...

I always wanted an Alienware PC but could never afford the one with the configuration that I wanted. When I was finally able to, I went ahead and ordered one. Unfortunately, at this point, Alienware was part of Dell so I had to go through them to order it. I had never been a Dell customer before so I had no idea what I might be getting into. Needless to say, it did not go well. I ordered a PC from them in November and by January they were still delaying the production of the PC every week without fail.

I was browsing the Dell forums when I came across Origin's name in a few posts. I found out that they were formed by former employees of Alienware that had broken out on their own which was the first thing that caught my attention. I found Origin's website and immediately was impressed by the number of options and configurations I had to choose from. It was then that I canceled my order with Dell and ordered from Origin.

I finally decided on a setup that looked good for me and placed the order. I was happy with the price I was quoted since I was getting A LOT of high end parts on this system and ended up paying less than the same configurations I saw elsewhere. I got an immediate response from the sales specialist assigned to the order who let me know he'd be overseeing the order from that point. The communication was excellent which was a nice change from the zero communication I received from Dell. I was contacted for personalization and was even sent pics of my PC to show the insides and how things were set up.

The day came when I got my shipping information which was a relief since all I saw from Dell were delay notices! Only a few days later, I received my system. I set it all up and booted it up. It is one screaming fast PC! I moved all my games on to the PC was able to set every one of them to their highest possible settings. Seeing them side by side with my old PC was enough to see just how slow my old PC is. The games boot up so fast and look incredible.

I can't express enough how impressed I am with this system and with the whole process up to this point. The ordering is smooth, the communication is excellent and the shipping is fast. I ended up with a PC with a better configuration than the Alienware I was designing and with the same level of expertise and experience I was expecting from people with many years in the business of building gaming PCs.

If you're looking for the gaming PC you've always wanted and are ready to buy, I would definitely recommend Origin PC. Go on over and try a few different configurations like I did at http://www.originpc.com!

Is ORIGIN PC FOR REAL OR WHAT? Have you ever got tired of reading all the “Everything Was/Is perfect!“ -OR-“Don’t even think of buying anything from this Company!” Then what’s one more review to read right? TrustLink says “Be as specific as possible” here where I am posting this so here goes.

First let me say I have no formal education past high school and I can barley type and I think eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps. Comes under a different category of education however, the one thing most of us, not all, but most, do have in common is when we are going to spend MONEY on anything, we want to get what we want, and ALL OF IT, THE LATEST and GREATEST and in the BEST working condition preferably starting at FREE (LOL!) and working are way up from there. At least this is the usually the case with computers and gadgets. With that said if you are reading this you are probably considering buying a computer and doing your homework and usually money is going to dictate whether you CAN or WANT to afford just how much computer you can buy.

Well if this is the case I can tell you here and now you need to LOOK NO FURTHER! ORIGIN PC HAS ARRIVED! But, why should you believe me? Or even more so, how many different ways can you read ? “Everything Was/Is perfect!“ before wondering? “But how much does this person Really even know about computers? Maybe they just got lucky” Well the FACT of the matter is I know more about computers than what would be considered “The average random person” That is to say I can completely take apart one and put it back together,(without extra parts at the end LOL!) upgrade hardware, troubleshoot some problems, and install/uninstall software. So I have more than just an average opinion based on the performance so far of my ORIGIN GENESIS build #30 I can testify that from the first day ORIGIN PC opened for orders 11-16-09 (and I ordered that day) to it’s arrival on 12-4-09, Luck has not had anything to do with it. This Company is the real deal and has made a grand slam into the big leagues of computer building ”So why didn’t he just build his own?”

Being able to have the time and wanting to have the time are very much two different things. I know there are others in the computer building big leagues and I will not get into a “This Co. is better than that Co. nonsense” the fact is these gentleman are from a former high end computer Co. (Alienware ) that they are in part responsible for Alienwares great success at least up until Dell purchased it, the fact is I chose ORIGIN because like you if you are reading this your doing your homework. I believe anyone purchasing anything from ORIGIN with that many years of experience should understand how fortunate they are to get in at the ground floor, the very beginning, Like any new Co. they know they are probably only going to get “One bite at the proverbial apple” in the early stages, that even though every computer they build for years to come will be a work of art there is no room for error in the beginning. They must do every stage from the moment you call or order on line to your first boot up after delivery with perfection. Everyone is watching, and everyone is reading. I believe (and now know) that I am one of the recipient of there AWSOME work ethic.

A DREAM COME TRUE! Everyone at some point in time wants something extraordinary maybe a home, car, plane, wife, family. I have everything I wanted except a super gaming computer (and of coarse, peace on earth LOL!) When I had the time, I could not afford it, when I could and wanted to afford it, not so much the time, I finally decided to have someone else do it and after attempting to do it with the Co. these gentleman were formerly with it was not anything short of a nightmare, I did my homework and was skeptical based on reading reviews about time delays and lack of support answering their phone calls but the new models were out and no possible reviews to read on them yet but the over all specs looked great but decided after talking with a sales rep and frankly hoping “it wouldn’t happen to me” and at the first sign of trouble I would pull the plug and look elsewhere I decided that I would give them a chance and they really blew it for reasons I won’t bore you with but definite deal breakers. I had seen a blip that caught my eye on a web page “Former Alienware Guys” went to their web page and called.

My sales rep was Jamie and he could not be anymore helpful or professional of a person. I gave him all the info necessary and within 20 minutes it was over ( I already knew precisely what I wanted.) I have called several times over the past few months for non performance questions and everyone was answered within moments.

WOW! WHAT A SIGHT TO SEE!

I knew how big the Corsair case 800D was going to be but not having such a full sized tower before upon opening it I was blown away! I have NEVER seen anything packed and padded so well I literally went and bought a new digital camera and took pictures of every stage of the un-packing and to see the foam placed so strategically between the video cards and mother board just has to be seen. I posted pics of every part of this truly amazing machine on Photo Bucket under MrSemperFis album (or something like that) for the whole world to see. 25 pics in all of the whole unpacking. Every wire was perfectly run through the case. There wasn’t one single spec of dust or a single finger print to be found! it’s as if it was constructed in some specially sealed chamber and packaged in the same room. All the blinding chrome on both the ATI 5870 Crossfire that are liquid cooled as well the C.P.U. itself was just gleaming! Again not a single spec of dust or finger print! Rather than mention how much I paid for this sheer work of art let me say by today’s standards and technology knowing what would be considered the lowest end being a 1 and the highest end being a 10 I would say my build is a solid healthy 9 ( it doesn’t have solid state drives and ATI 5980 hadn’t been available yet.) If I had to give it a number based on satisfaction it would have to be perpetually counting forever!

UN-PRECIDENTED PERFORMANCE!

Just because you may get the best available hardware doesn’t mean it’s going to perform like it’s the best available hardware. It still has to have the software, RAID array/s ( if you choose this) and memory and over clocking(again if you choose) all set up and done just right and TRULY tested! Not just booted to the desk top once and packaged up with tons of bloat ware ( software and trials most will never use) This GENISIS runs every game for MANY,MANY, hours at low temps and at blistering frame rates! IT’S NOT A HUMANBEING! IT’S A MACHINE!

Everyone who might ever purchase ANYTHING that has working machine parts should NEVER FORGET THE TITANIUM RULE: weather its’ a car, computer, or automatic discroniforcator,(no such thing) they are still machines, and sometimes machines break down. It wouldn’t be a good idea to buy four new Pirelli tires (one of the best) for your car drive down the street and get a flat and turn around and bring it back and blame the tire dealer. “Well Why?” First it’s not the tire guy’s fault. And second because a spike or nail in the road doesn’t care if your tires are 399.00 each Pirelli tires or Acme Tire Guy 19.99 each tires. I’m sorry, they just don’t. Everyone is going to get a flat once and a while that’s life and even if you could make an appointment to get your “once in a life time flat” seriously, when would be a good time for it? Never! that’s when. However, you do stand a better chance at not getting that puncture or flat tire if you do have a little better quality tire. QUALITY AND MUCH VALUE!

Because non of the parts are proprietary I can over clock (if I choose) to my hearts content, or pop in a pair or ATI/NVIDIA PCI cards anytime now or for the foreseeable next 5-10 years. (Unfortunately sometimes the Video card vendors are responsible for this not being doable in time not a computer Co.) ORIGIN offers motherboards that allows this (over-clocking) and they are arguably some of the best hardware components available today. The entire computer had every update and updated driver available as of the shipping date. “How does he know?” Because I actually keep my computer extremely well maintained and besides I checked, It’s a simple FACT if you go to a big box store (or even small) and buy a computer that’s been sitting on the shelf for months I assure you, you are going to be spending what can be a pain in the head updating software, windows, drivers, BIOS, and on and on. Keep in mind you don’t have to but you will start making tech support calls in the not to distant future.

“Well isn’t that pretty simple and straight forward?“ Usually, and typically YES but not always’ Well with ORIGIN all of that is a NON issue, no waiting 2 or 3 minutes for a desktop to load with all kinds of “Trial this” and “trial offer that” only to spend even more time deleting and in most cases un-installing software you don’t want/need and is just creating more of a drain on your system resources and taking up hard drive space and at the cost of most solid state drives still to date if you choose one that is (which again is not the computer builders fault) every G.B. can count so you don’t want them wasted on nonsense. It’s kind of like junk mail.

And did I mention the crisp, sharp, Samsung L.C.D.’s you can get that is as good for a T.V. than viewing as a computer monitor. It’s like going to buy a set of tires for your old car and the tire salesman say’s “Oh by the way were going to throw in a new car to go with your new tires” It H.D. with many input options, great response time and big for a desk top L.C.D. 24 inches. Again, more quality and value. It’s an awesome H.D. L.C.D. T.V.

THEY ARE IN BUISNESS!

Presumably they are looking to make a profit (eventually I would guess) I am sure it’s not a non or not for profit Co.(again I would guess not) So the idea is to make money not break even and certainly not to loose money. They are not giving this stuff away for free but I can tell you part of my homework was going to NewEgg.com and TigerDirect.com and knowing what these components cost to buy never mind the delivery wait and then installation, and all the updates and all ASUMING all parts are working correctly and no RMA’s (returns) OH MY GOD! I have a head ache thinking of it because of what I mentioned earlier, The having and wanting the time thing and for it to be done correctly! With all of that said ORIGIN is a great VALUE no matter what system you buy from them on that scale of 1-10 I mentioned earlier. Knowing if I CHOOSE to upgrade down the road and don’t or can’t find the time I can box my computer up (always save the box and their packing foam pieces) especially theirs because it will go back together just the same safe secure way they sent it to you and ship it back (at my cost) I pay for the parts and they will gladly install them for you FOREVER!

This is of coarse after the awesome warranty they offer expires. You can choose 1,(included) 2,($99.00) or 3.($199.00) years. Personally I chose 3 years because of that “NEVER FORGET THE TITANIUM RULE” thing I mentioned earlier. Just tell them what you want and if it’s on our planet they will put a 100% effort into getting it. You already know how the rest will go. I do not know any of these gentleman personally (however when you talk to them you may feel so) they are great listeners, very knowledgeable and always answer the dam phone.

(God, it’s so nice when someone answers the phone at any business) I posted one of the 25 pics which should be at the beginning of this review as my profile picture. So look it, I can’t speak about any of the other Computer Building Co. (except the other one I mentioned and I do own a Dell XPS not even a year old) But I can speak about my experience with ORIGIN, I know they are all within the same price range give or take a little component for component. But if you are worried about parting with your hard earned money or not, if your afraid of spending lots of money on a gaming rig that your worried won’t live up to what you expect from it, if you want it done right the first time and to give yourself the best opportunity to achieve that, or simply if you WANT TO BE REALLY “WOWED!”

Then congratulations on finding this review, your done with your research because ORIGIN is here and just a click or phone call away. You can tell them the SEMPER~FI guy said so. And NO! I do not get anything in any way. Just the knowledge someone else may be done wondering? “So many reviews, how do I pick?” it’s simple….ORIGIN PC! THEY ARE FOR REAL !

- Semper~Fi W.H.G. 3rd.

I can't tell you how thrilled I was to find Origin PC!

I have been a loyal Dell customer for over 10 years. I've even purchased the WoW Laptop for my wife. I always wanted an Alienware Gaming machine for myself, and I bought a new one from Dell over Christmas--maxed out fully for gaming in the extreme.

When it arrived, at least one of the 2 Nvidia cards was bad. I spent hours on the phone w/ Dell--first to diagnose the problem, then desperately trying to get them to make arrangements for sending me a replacement. While I was on indefinite-hold-and-repeated-transfer mode talking to overseas Dell reps, I came upon an article referencing former Alienware Execs who founded Origin PC in order to get back to making speciality high power and quality gaming machines. I finally got through to a Dell rep that didn't transfer me some hours later and simply returned the Alienware machine--having never successfully played a single game on it.

I then ordered what proved to be an even higher powered gaming machine from Origin for almost $2000 less! And get this--I spoke directly to the same Origin rep every time I called. I even had the owner send me an email personally--not to thank me for my order, but to say that his tech guys had examined my setup and they suggested a cheaper option that would be a better machine for the games I play. What's more, they installed not just the operating system, but even my favorite games (including the latest WoW and Star Trek Online patches) so that when I got it, I plugged it in and started playing right away!

This is, without question, THE PLACE to buy PC Gaming Machines!

If you want a list of specific reasons to do business w/ Origin, I'd say there are 4:

1) Customization - They let you pick everything from the case (which you can have painted custom--or just go black like I did) to how much memory and which video card(s) you want. Many other companies do this too--but Origin even lets you send in your existing box and they'll customize it for you.

2) Customer service - I spoke w/ the same rep personally everytime I called. I spent probably 4 hours (all totalled) talking through different possible configurations and hardware choices. I was sent pictures of the machine via email while they made it to show me the progress of the assembly. And, like I said, even the owner had a hand in recommending a cheaper setup for me instead of just building me what I initially ordered. At one point, I was struggling w/ what monitor to get. I shared my concerns about a CNET review posted covering one of the monitor options they listed. The rep not only checked out the CNET review, he called me back and we discussed it in detail before we finalized the order. More than anything else--the service I got from Origin was what got me to buy from them and will keep me coming back!

3) Price - Origin was significantly cheaper than Alienware, and was also less than many other similar companies. However, they also offer the ability to go truly custom for a reasonable price as well. And the support and guarantees associated w/ future upgrades and problems makes them better than anyone else I looked at (which wasn't just Dell).

4) Quality - I was able to get top of the line components. There were no cheap overseas components that cut costs. This is a quality machine that will last me for a few years. What's more, the fact that they overclocked it and stress tested it for me provided a service I couldn't have done myself. Perhaps a more techie type than me could do that on your own--but for me, this was a huge plus.

In my humble opinion, Origin PC is THE PLACE to buy a Gaming Machine. If you don't believe me--call them! I couldn't be happier. And, I will, Lord willing, never again get stuck for hours in the Dell customer no-help loop.

BTW, if you call, tell them Agathos sent you!
