  1. What is NEXUS?
    1. NEXUS is a free in-game technical support client that is powered by Xfire. It allows users to summon the client during gameplay and chat directly with ORIGIN PC's support team during normal business hours. Users can also instant message their friends within the Xfire community, take in-game screenshots, video capture and much more!
  2. Is NEXUS Free?
    1. You bet! The NEXUS is not only free, but it is also completely optional and is provided exclusively for all ORIGIN PC customers.
  3. I am an existing ORIGIN PC Customer. Can I still get NEXUS for Free?
    1. Yes! Please contact our support team, so we can confirm your order # and provide you an installer through email. You must register and create a Xfire user name through in order to sign in and use the client which is also free.
  4. Does NEXUS support all my PC Games?
    1. The NEXUS supports a majority of the latest and greatest PC Games, with more being added constantly by Xfire. For a complete list of all supported games, please visit Xfire's games page on their website for full details.
  5. How do I Use NEXUS during gameplay to chat with Support?
    1. If you're playing a game that is supported by NEXUS, you can summon the client by using the default key combination, Scroll Lock + X, to instantly bring up the client during gameplay. You may also change the default key combination for in-game by going to "tools" in the menu bar of the client and clicking options.
  6. Do I need an Xfire account to use NEXUS?
    1. Yes. Since the NEXUS client is powered by Xfire, every user will need to create their own Xfire account to sign in NEXUS. The ORIGIN Support team will be automatically added as a friend in the client by default.
  7. I forgot my password to my Account. What do I do?
    1. Please visit the Lost My Password Page. An email will be sent automatically to retrieve your password.
  8. My NEXUS isn't working. How can I get additional support?
