Full time position. Interact with press and partners on regular basis to coordinate product launches, events, promotions, and other marketing activities. Manage and grow social media communities. Shoot and edit product videos. Keep website content up to date and optimized. Manage sponsorships, affiliates, and marketing development funds. Coordinate and attend trade shows and events.
Requirements:
Must have knowledge of PC components and a passion for PC hardware. Good understanding of targeted marketing techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Preferably 2+ years of relevant experience. Experience with social media and/or video editing is preferred.
Repair and Support Specialist
Job Description:
Full time position. Repair of ORIGIN products. Troubleshoot and diagnose high-performance, bleeding edge computers. Must be able to build, integrate, and support over clocked hardware. Keep up to date on the latest technology and trends. Work with Support and Engineering teams to keep product up to date.
Requirements:
Must have a passion for PC hardware and a vast knowledge of PC components. Advanced understanding of PC technology. Good written communication and customer service skills. Sales/Technical Support Specialist
Job Description:
Full time position. Interact with customers via telephone, email, and chat. Assist power users to new users in the configuration of custom computers. Create and maintain support database and forums. Assist product and marketing teams to keep website and manuals up to date with latest information and drivers.
