Build, certify, and support overclocked hardware. Keep up to date on the latest technology and trends. Form relationships with key PC hardware and software vendors. Support marketing and design teams to keep websites up to date.
Requirements:
Must have a passion for PC hardware and a vast knowledge of PC components. Advanced understanding of PC technology. Good understanding of targeted marketing techniques. Excellent written communication skills. Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Preferably 4+ years of experience.
Sales/Technical Support Specialist
Job Description:
Full time position. Interact with customers via telephone, email, and chat. Assist power users to new users in the configuration of custom computers. Create and maintain support database and forums. Assist product and marketing teams to keep website and manuals up to date with latest information and drivers.
Requirements:
Must have knowledge of PC components and a passion for PC hardware. Good understanding of targeted marketing techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
